Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the interior and exterior for any signs of termite activity and found out at this time. I installed four termite monitors around the exterior of the hall to monitor termite activity. I placed four ant bait trays, three ant bait arenas and applied ant gel bait to cracks and crevices in the kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms for ant control. I scattered a granular bait in the wall voids for general pest control. I removed the cobwebs and several wasp nests from the exterior of the home. I placed an exterior bait station next to the air conditioning unit for rodent control. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows and the sides of doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control focusing on ants and spiders. The exterior bait station on the right side of garage shows heavy activity, the stations near pool equipment and near grill both show moderate activity. I replenished all interior/exterior stations with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling population. I removed visible cobwebs from doorways, windows and eaves within reach. While inspecting I found a large opening behind grill where vent cover is not properly attached. I recommend having this fixed to help prevent rodent and other pest entry. Good morning Carl, my name is Ryan and it was great to meet you! Today I completed you initial premium plus pest service by inspecting for termites and finding no activity at this time. I did however install 4 termite monitors to be checked at every service. While inspecting around the basement in one of the utility closets I did find a dead mouse in a glue board, which I disposed for you. I did not notice droppings in any other places in the basement, but I did install 4 mouse bait stations with two in the small closet where mouse was found and one in each other closet. I then inspected the attic for any activity and only noticed a dropping or two, but I did add two mouse bait stations for control. I then sprayed a liquid residual to help combat spiders, silverfish, springtails and general invader pests in all four bathrooms.
